Watermark

Watermarks protect your photos during the selection process. Every image your client sees carries your mark, so they can pick their favorites without being able to use the photos.

• Automatic. Applied to every photo in a selection gallery as it uploads, without any extra steps from you.
• Originals safe. The original photos without watermark stay on the server — your client never sees them.
• Two styles. One mark in the center, or the mark repeated across the whole photo. Repeating it is what stops the AI apps that erase watermarks.
• Customizable. Use your own image as a watermark. We recommend PNG with transparent background.

How to set it up

1. Go to Settings and upload your watermark.
2. Right there, choose where it lands: once in the center, or repeated across the whole photo.
3. When creating a selection gallery, make sure the "Watermark" option is enabled.
4. Photos are processed automatically when uploaded.

Which of the two styles should I use?

A single mark in the center is the classic watermark, and it is the one AI removes in a single click. An eraser app only has to invent the small patch the mark covers and copy the rest of the photo, which is untouched and gives it all the reference it needs.

When the mark repeats across the whole frame there is no untouched part left to copy from. To erase it the AI has to repaint the entire photo, and the damage shows on faces, hands and fabric. That is why we recommend repeating it. Compare the two styles side by side →
