By visiting our website and/or subscribing to any of our plans, you engage in our Services and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should not access or use the Services.

1. Subscription Plans

ChooseYourPictures offers the following subscription plans:

• Basic Plan ($18 USD/month or $180 USD/year) — includes unlimited clients, unlimited photos, Lightroom integration, delivery galleries, photo selection, and watermarking.
• Pro Plan ($30 USD/month or $300 USD/year) — includes all Basic Plan features, plus Stripe-powered client payments, AI editing Coming Soon, and automatic extra photo billing.

All plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

We reserve the right to modify plan pricing upon reasonable prior notice. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least thirty (30) days in advance of the effective date.

2. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize Stripe to process recurring charges to your registered payment method in accordance with the billing cycle you have selected.

If you use the client payment features (Pro plan), your clients' payments are processed through Stripe Connect. You are solely responsible for configuring your Stripe Connect account and for complying with Stripe's terms of service.

ChooseYourPictures shall not be liable for payment disputes between you and your clients. Any refunds or chargebacks will be handled in accordance with Stripe's applicable policies and procedures.

3. Artificial Intelligence Editing Coming Soon

The Pro plan will include access to AI-powered image editing features. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your images will be transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing.
• You retain all intellectual property rights in and to your original and edited images.
• We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the specific results of AI editing. Results may vary depending on the source material and requested operations.
• We shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to images during AI processing. You are strongly advised to maintain backup copies of all original files.

4. Website Terms of Use

By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence.

You shall not use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor shall you, in the use of the Services, violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to intellectual property and copyright laws.

You shall not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of these Terms shall result in the immediate termination of your access to the Services.

5. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks, as well as changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without our express prior written permission.

6. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this website is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without prior notice.
