When you register for an account with ChooseYourPictures or otherwise use our Services, we collect the personal information you voluntarily provide to us, including but not limited to your name, email address, and billing information.
When you browse our website, we automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, which provides us with information regarding your browser type and operating system. This data is collected solely for the purpose of improving our Services and understanding usage patterns.
If you use our AI editing features Coming Soon (available on the Pro plan), images you submit for processing are transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence service providers exclusively for the purpose of applying the requested edits. We do not retain processed images beyond the time reasonably necessary to complete the editing operation.
If you use our Stripe payment features (available on the Pro plan), your clients' payment information is processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We do not store, process, or have access to your clients' credit card data at any time.
Email communications: With your prior consent, we may send you electronic communications regarding our Services, new features, and other updates. You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each email.
